Lund Sverige 4 april, 2019 – Active Biotech (NASDAQ STOCKHOLM: ACTI) Extra bolagsstämma i Active Biotech

Extra bolagsstämma i Active Biotech AB (publ) hölls den 4 april 2019.

Bolagsstämman beslöt, i enlighet med styrelsens förslag, om godkännande av överlåtelse av bolagets fastighet Forskaren 1 i Lund till ett nybildat investerarkollektiv lett av fastighetsbolaget Estea AB.

Köpeskillingen uppgår till 275 MSEK och motsvarar fastighetens bokförda värde. Tillträde beräknas ske den 5 april 2019.
