We Develop New Treatments for Cancer and Inflammatory Eye Diseases

We leverage our extensive knowledge and previously generated documentation on our assets to develop novel treatments for specialist indications with high medical need and commercial value within cancer and inflammatory eye disorders. We have a stringent focus on our projects in hematological cancers, non-infectious uveitis and in solid tumors for naptumomab in partnership with NeoTX.

  • Active Biotech at EHA 2026

    Marie Törngren VP R&D Active Biotech meeting with our collaborator Professor Rebekka Schneider, Director of Cell and Tumor Biology at University Hospital Aachen, Germany, and Oncode Principal Investigator at the Department of Hematology, Erasmus MC, the Netherlands. She gave an excellent presentation on the mechanisms of bone marrow fibrosis in myelofibrosis, including the beneficial effects of tasquinimod. Rebekka is the lead principal investigator of the ongoing clinical study evaluating tasquinimod in myelofibrosis (HO172).
