An Investment

Active Biotech Offers Investors:

Our projects are in ongoing Phase II studies in collaboration with academic institutions or other drug developers. Previously generated data are available to inform study design, which attracts collaboration partners.

We focus on developing medicines for indications with very significant unmet medical needs.

Our projects are unique, with distinct mechanisms of action, and are administered either orally or topically. This makes them attractive and enables cost-effective manufacturing, as well as simple and convenient administration for patients and physicians.

We have a well-established patent protection for our intellectual property rights. We also have orphan drug designation for tasquinimod, providing seven to ten years of market exclusivity against competitors.

We have several academic collaborations with partners such as HOVON, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Penn Medicine. This gives Active Biotech an advantage in the design and execution of clinical studies. We continuously develop our collaborations and seek new ones.

Our partner strategy is an important part of our value realisation. Through partnerships, we can advance the studies while keeping our costs down. Active Biotech is a small company with few employees, but with important and strong partners.
